As a rule, we cannot charge a flat rate per project. If we did, then clients could make changes for many months and we could put in hundreds of hours of work for less than minimum wage.

We can give an estimate on how much we think your site will cost. However if your specifications or content change in the middle of the project, then our estimates may have to be revised.

If you have a tight budget, we can call you when you are close to reaching that budget and tell you your options at that point. However stopping and starting a project often may delay your project and result in extra time on our part to complete it.

We will do as much or as little as you want us and/or need us to do.

* Includes, but not necessarily limited to animation, original drawings, and multimedia film/sound work. Any work at this higher rate will be cleared with the client.

** Getting the lower rate for a non-profit organization is completely at our discretion. We will evaluate if your organization qualifies. We also reserve the right to not give any organization this lower rate for any reason whatsoever. We also reserve the right to change to a higher rate if circumstances force us to. You will be notified if a higher rate will take effect before any work is done at a higher rate, if it is not clear.
